馬太福音 18:20 說：「因為無論在那裡，有兩三個人奉我的名聚會，那裡就有我在他們中間。」 在十月二號的下午我們再次經歷到這句經文。二十幾位英文牧區的精兵，帶著福音前往很多弟兄姊妹從沒去過的台南市安南區土城，探訪徐紹雅姊妹以及徐鈺菁姊妹的父母。徐爸爸及徐媽媽熱心招待弟兄姊妹們在家中舉辦牧區中秋烤肉。團契中有台灣人說著流利的英文，有美國人說著流利的中文，有雙國籍的人說著流利的雙語，還有南非人努力冒出這幾年住台灣所學的幾句中文。看到各邦各族聚集的畫面真令人感動，再次證明神的國度不分國籍、不分語言，在耶穌基督裡成為一家人。在場未信主的家人們都有感受到這股精神、這個氛圍、這份溫度、感謝主！有機會一起烤肉、一起吃喝玩樂當然很棒，但是最珍貴也是最感動的時刻，是大家一起開口為徐家還不認識耶穌的成員們禱告外，也一起為沒有教會、沒有福音的土城禱告。也請弟兄姊妹們繼續為土城這一區來代禱，求神為這塊土地開發新的教會，為土城建立基督的身體。他所賜的，有使徒，有先知，有傳福音的，有牧師和教師，為要成全聖徒，各盡其職，建立基督的身體，(以弗所書 4:11-12) ▌英文牧區　 倪湘鈴報導 Matthew 18:20 says, "For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them." 英文牧區小組一日遊，同工規劃的行程非常豐富。當天造訪了小組長Susie & Frank 在鄉村的家，一個荒廢的透天厝，變成鄉村的燈塔；一對願意委身於鄉村的老師，為孩子們帶來創意和許多恩典故事，大家同聲開口為這個地方禱告，求神的光和愛照亮這個村莊。Dylan弟兄提出有趣的「拍照比賽」活動，鼓勵彼此互動和細心觀察大自然。大家選出了三位評審，下午宣布了得獎照片兩名，獲得Elainem預備的獎品。東山正值橘子盛產的季節，現採的、好大顆的品種，讓大家為之驚艷。午餐每一道實在是美味，山上的風味料理收服了每個人的胃。當然，飯後一定不能錯過香醇的東山咖啡。在風和日麗中，大家也走訪了一座荒廢的小學，生態豐富，大人小孩抓蚱蜢、蜥蜴，認識這些可愛的昆蟲，在悠閒的步伐中話家常，神的愛澆灌在我們當中，使我們彼此更加認識和緊密。感謝神賞賜美好的一天。 ▌英語牧區　 吳玉萍報導

We’d like to give a praise report about our Easter event at Hao Xian Man Man Nong. God is so good. The aim of the event was to bring the story of Jesus’s death and resurrection to an area that’s steeped in idol worship. With the grace of God, we accomplished what we had set out to do. The international students in our church came and sang worship songs in Chinese. By having worship early on in the event, this established the presence of God and joy in the Holy Spirit that everyone could experience. As the event progressed, we had various activites that fit in with the Easter theme for the children. Thereafter, we had an English drama that reenacted Jesus’s ministry, arrest, death, burial, and resurrection. At the end, we culminated the event with an Easter egg hunt. Most amazingly, we prayed that God would delay the rain until after the event was over, and God granted our request. We held the farewell party because we wanted to say bye bye to our beloved pastors Rick and Barb as they have been with us for two years we are so grateful and physically painful to say bye-bye to them. The part was conducted on 17th February, 2019 afternoon 5pm in the church room no. 602. The part went very well although the environment was not so happy because of cries and sad environment but also better and Joyful because of new missionary work and new environment favorable for their health conditions. 　Different people attended the party and the number were over 50 people from almost all zones including Chinese zones and pastors leaded by Rev. Kao and Rev. Yuping. Different dishes were prepared by Vivian, Evy, Jacq, Julia, and other facilities were bought by life group members and other brothers and sisters in church brought different dishes where everybody ate. 英文牧區在每週的英文主日崇拜之後有小組的聚會時間。因著神的恩典，小組聚會的人數逐漸增長，涵蓋的年齡層廣泛，近期有來自非洲的大學生以及來自印尼的高中生加入英文牧區。為了達到更深度的牧養品質，照顧到國際學生族群的屬靈需要，因此從原本的英文成人小組分植出國際學生小組。 　2019新的一年，國際學生小組正式啟動，於每週日下午一點鐘聚會，歡迎來自於外國的高中及大學年齡層學生一起參與。國際學生小組由潘鳳珠傳道帶領，由坦薩尼亞的Nathan及印尼的Yefta擔任學生小家長，聚會方式主要以英文進行，期盼讓來台留學的國際學生，在南聖參與英文堂主日聚會之外，也能透過國際學生小組與教會更深連結，在台灣建立喜樂健康穩定的信仰生活。 Every week English Zone holds Life Groups after Sunday worship service. By God’s grace, the number of people who attend the small group meetings increases gradually. Recently there are foreign students who come from Africa and Indonesia participating in the pastoral zone. In order to achieve better quality in terms of meeting the spiritual needs of international student group, it’s decided to start a life group for international students. Here is what some who attended said: How amazing our God is. We had 100 people joined Thanksgiving banquet this year. I saw a lot of new faces from different countries joining this big family. God is leading and growing this community in Tainan. I like when everyone said Psalm 136 to give praise to Lord. Our Lord received the highest praise from who HE is. It was my first time to attend Thanksgiving. I enjoy most the food and to hear people sharing about what God did for them.  I enjoy seeing many people of different religion joining thanking God with us. No matter who we are and where we come, believer or not, all of us from different part of the world join together, celebrate and give thanks to the Lord, that's one of the grateful things happened this year!
